How does ordering work?
Add items to your cart and check out. Your order opens in WhatsApp with everything filled in — just hit send. We'll confirm stock, delivery and payment details.
How do I pay?
For now we accept EFT and instant transfers once your order is confirmed. Online card payments are coming soon.
Do you deliver?
Yes — collection in Windhoek, local Windhoek delivery, courier across Namibia, and shipping to South Africa and beyond on request. Delivery fees are confirmed before you pay.
How long do custom pieces take?
Most made-to-measure garments take about 1–2 weeks depending on fabric and the season. Let us know your event date and we'll plan around it.
Can I return an item?
Ready-made items can be exchanged within 7 days if unworn and in original condition. Custom-made pieces are made just for you, so they can't be returned — but we'll happily adjust the fit.
